Returns Policy

Since all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color selection, or change of mind. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will replace or fully refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery at banndi.studio@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Approved claims will receive a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production has already begun and we cannot make changes.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Contact us for assistance with packages lost in transit.
