Order Processing

All orders are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped. Production times may extend during peak seasons.

Estimated Delivery

Free shipping on US orders over $35. Free shipping on international orders over $75. Estimated delivery times:

Domestic (US): 3–7 business days after production.
International: 7–10 business days after production.

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Allow 48 hours for tracking systems to update.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for carrier delays, packages lost after delivery confirmation, or orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at banndi.studio@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist.
